What to Know Before You Book ?

Before you secure your picnic experience with us, please take a moment to review the important information below. Understanding our terms and conditions will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for you. Thank you for your cooperation!

We kindly request at least 3 business days’ notice for all bookings. For bookings made with less than 3 days’ notice, a 500-baht fee will apply. Please note that we are unable to accommodate same-day bookings. Thank you for your understanding!

A 30% deposit via PayPal is required to secure your date. The remaining 70% can be paid in cash.

  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled picnic date will receive a full refund of the deposit. For cancellations within 7 days, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 10 days before the picnic date at no extra cost.
  • If bad weather is forecasted (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms), we will contact you at least 4 hours before the picnic to discuss rescheduling. If rescheduling is not possible, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Homeaway Picnic currently sets up at two beaches:  Karon Beach, and Bangtao Beach. You can find more details about each beach here. We also offer picnic setups at your residence or pool villa. Just let us know your preferences.

Our picnics are set up for 3 hours. If you finish early, please contact us to arrange for an early collection. The setup cannot be left unattended. If you’d like to extend the picnic duration, an additional hour is available for 500 baht.

While we strive to find the best locations for your picnic, all our spots are public parks and beaches. We cannot control the number of people present, but we will always aim to find you a spot that is far away from the general public.

Our picnics accommodate a minimum of 2 guests and a maximum of 6 guests.

We currently offer 5 color themes: Sky Blue, Sandy Beige, Soft Pink, Warm Terracotta, and Natural Green. Feel free to contact us with any other theme ideas or special requests.

Charges will apply for any missing or damaged items. Stains will be cleaned, but dry cleaning or professional cleaning fees may be incurred.

We respect nature and ask our clients to do the same. Please ensure no trash is left behind. We will provide a bin at the picnic setup and handle the cleanup when we collect the setup.

Homeaway Picnic is not responsible for any damage, injury, death, or loss of income caused to the client, third parties, or properties due to the use of our equipment or services. All equipment is hired at the client’s responsibility until returned to Homeaway Picnic.
